Wyden Pushing to Extend ACA Subsidies Using Increased IRS Funds

Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) wants to include increased IRS funding, using an expected bump to federal revenues from the boost, to offset a longer extension of Affordable Care Act subsidies.

“Finance Committee’s doing its work, and we believe that there are two areas of significant resources with very strong caucus support,” Wyden said, alluding to prescription price control and increased IRS funding plans.
