The Wyoming Department of Revenue (DOR) announced the opening of the 2025 property tax refund program application period. The property tax refund program provides refunds for up to half the median residential property tax or 75 percent of the 2024 tax bill for eligible homeowners. To be eligible for the program, taxpayers must meet the income and asset threshold, must have been resident in the State for at least five years, and must have lived in the residence for at least nine months.
