Accounting Body Selects Two New Leaders With More Changes Coming

The US accounting standard-setters’ parent organization is set for a leadership shakeup.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s Dalia Blass will join the Financial Accounting Foundation as chair of its board of trustees next January, while former JPMorgan Chase & Co. executive Erin Hill will become the foundation’s executive director, its trustees announced Tuesday. The foundation oversees two seven-member boards: the Financial Accounting Standards Board and its public-sector counterpart, the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.

Trustees also reappointed FASB board member Frederick Cannon to serve until June 30, 2031 and GASB board member Jacqueline Reck until June 30, 2032, ...
