Airbnb’s Shareholder Proposals Draw Conservative Groups’ Suit

Airbnb Inc. wrongly excluded The Heritage Foundation and American Conservative Values ETF’s proposals from 2025 shareholder meeting materials, the entities said in a lawsuit.

Airbnb is required under SEC rules to include these proposals for consideration at its annual shareholder meeting on June 4, unless the company previously alerted the submitters that it intended to exclude them and why so they could respond, said the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
