Alliance Pharma Appoints Deloitte Auditor for FY 2022

Alliance Pharma appoints Deloitte as its auditor for the financial year ending Dec. 31 after its previous auditor KPMG resigned, according to a statement.

• KPMG did not participate in the tender process that appointed Deloitte
  • KPMG submitted a letter stating it resigned over “to concerns expressed to the Board with regard to the aspects of company’s approach to corporate governance relating to the preparation of the financial statements”
