Andersen Group Inc. announced Monday that it has submitted paperwork to the SEC for a proposed initial public offering.
The group, which represents Andersen’s US tax operation, has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1—the initial registration form for new securities—with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the announcement said.
