Arizona’s hourly minimum wage will rise to $15.15 from $14.70 effective Jan. 1, 2026, the Industrial Commission of Arizona announced.
The announcement confirms Bloomberg Tax’s Sept. 11 calculations.
The minimum wage for tipped employees will increase to $12.15 from $11.70, based on a $3 maximum tip credit.
The commission updated the state’s minimum wage poster to reflect the increase. The poster is available in English and Spanish. Employers must display the poster in a conspicuous place that is accessible to employees.
