Grant Thornton has completed a forensic audit of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd., the company said in an exchange filing.

• The findings do not have any impact on the financial statements of the co., it added
• Grant Thornton was engaged by the co. to conduct the investigation after it received an anonymous “whistleblower complaint”
