Both Baker Tilly US LLP and KPMG’s Canadian affiliate fell short in nearly half of the audits reviewed by the US audit regulator, according to the results of their latest audit inspections.
The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board released the firm’s 2021 inspection Friday along with the results of 23 other firms. Baker Tilly, among the 10 largest US firms, struggled with verifying revenue and loan losses.
