Partners at BDO LLP’s U.K unit won pay packages that outpaced those at two of the firm’s larger rivals, thanks to soaring profit and revenue.

BDO said Thursday that its partners earned 760,000 pounds ($1 million) on average, up 47% from a year earlier, making them better paid than those at two of the Big Four firms, Ernst & Young LLP (749,000 pounds) and KPMG LLP (572,000 pounds). Partners at the U.K. units of the other two Big Four firms—Deloitte LLP and PwC—both took home over 800,000 pounds on average.
