BDO’s UK partner pay surged to an average of £681,000 ($855,000) in 2024 as it bolstered revenue on the back of a solid performance from its advisory division, which has been stagnant at Big Four firms.
The UK’s fifth-biggest firm grew revenue 8.6% in its fiscal year to June, hitting £1 billion for the first time. Advisory grew 10.2% to £342 million, with the biggest division, audit, up 8.4% to £433 million and tax up 7% to £241 million.
