Beyond Meat Inc. is delaying filing its annual financial report for investors to allow extra time to review and analyze its inventory balances, the company said.
The plant-based protein maker expects to file its Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission by March 31, though that timing could be pushed back further, according to a Monday regulatory filing. Beyond Meat said it also anticipates disclosing a “material weakness” in its internal financial reporting safeguards related to inventory accounting.
