Booz Allen Falls as CFO Calderone to Exit for S&P Global (2)

Booz Allen Hamiltonshares fall 7% after the consulting company said CFO Matt Calderone will resign Feb 1. He is going to S&P Global to work as the CFO of its mobility unit, which the company plans to spin off.
