Chegg Named David Longo Principal Accounting Officer

Chegg, Inc. appointed David Longo, 54, as the company’s Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer, and Principal Accounting Officer, effective Dec. 20, according to a regulatory filing.

• CFO and principal financial officer Andrew Brown was serving as the controller and principal accounting officer on an interim basis
• Longo most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer at Spire Global, a data and analytics company
