China Aoyuan to Sell Properties in Canada for C$215 Million

China Aoyuan Group agreed to sell properties in Canada to Anthem Properties Group for C$215 million, according to a filing.

• Properties are located at 4500–4554 Dawson Street, 2223–2375 Alpha Avenue and 2350–2430 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, British Columbia; total site area about 364,000 square feet
• Deal was done through an Aoyuan indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary, Brentwood-Willingdon Projects
• Separately, Aoyuan said Deloitte has resigned as an auditor for the company, effective Jan. 25, “since Deloitte is unable to reach a consensus with the Company on the audit fee for the audit of the consolidated financial statements”
  • Aoyuan appointed Shinewing as auditor
