Flint Macgregor, a director in investment banking at Citigroup in South Africa, is set to join advisory firm PwC, according to people familiar with the matter.

• The Johannesburg-based banker is leaving the US lender after more than a decade at the firm, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private
  • Most recent deals he worked on include Canal+’s proposed acquisition of MultiChoice in Africa, the people said
