Accounting firm, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, has acquired Engine B, a technology company specializing in providing generative AI solutions for the professional services industry, according to a Thursday news release.
Engine B, a UK-based company, utilizes generative AI to develop tools to automate long and complicated processes, said the firm.
The integration of Engine B’s professionals and technology marks CLA’s first global acquisition.
