CPA Firm Forvis Reports 13% Revenue Gains in Year Since Merger

Accounting firm Forvis LLP reported $1.7 billion in annual revenue in the year since its creation through a merger of two rival firms.

Revenue grew 13% over the previous $1.5 billion combined revenue for 2022 with fee growth across its three service lines, the firm said late Thursday, detailing results for its fiscal year that ended May 31. Forvis didn’t release figures for its tax, assurance, and consulting businesses.

“We’re just getting started,” CEO Tom Watson said in a statement.

Staffing levels also grew 10%, bringing the firm’s workforce to roughly 6,000, the firm said. ...
