CPI Card Group Accounting Chief O’Brien to Resign

CPI Card Group accounting chief Kevin O’Brien will be resigning from his position to accept an accounting leadership role at another company, the company said in a filng.

  • O’Brien has agreed to remain with the company to transition his responsibilities through March 18, 2022.
  • O’Brien’s decision to resign was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s accounting, strategy, leadership, operations, policies or practices financial or otherwise, CPI said in the filing
  • CPI intends to commence a search for a new accounting chief immediately
