Credit Suisse Sues to Halt Tech Theft Claims by Ex-JV Head (1)

Credit Suisse Group AG sued the former top executive of its defunct financial technology joint venture with Palantir Technologies Inc., seeking to cut short an arbitration she initiated accusing the bank of stealing intellectual property.

Credit Suisse on Tuesday asked a New York state court to permanently stay the arbitration filed in December by Colleen Graham. The bank argued that the latest case should be effectively tossed because it rehashes claims from an earlier arbitration that Graham lost.
