Darktrace Shares Reach Record Low After Short Seller Report (1)

Darktrace Plc’s stock fell to its lowest level since the UK cybersecurity company’s 2021 initial public offering following a report by Quintessential Capital Management detailing the reasons why it’s taken a short position.

The firm had reported its short position on Monday, which helped send Darktrace’s shares down 13%. The stock declined an additional 8.14% as of 12:19 a.m. in London trading on Tuesday after touching a record low of 198.00 pence.
