Deloitte US elected Joseph Ucuzoglu as CEO and Janet Foutty as chair of the board, effective June 2.
Ucuzoglu and Foutty will succeed current CEO Cathy Engelbert and Chairman Mike Fucci at the conclusion of their four-year terms.
Ucuzoglu currently serves as Chair and CEO of Deloitte & Touche LLP and serves on Deloitte Global’s board.
Foutty is currently Chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP and also serves on Deloitte Global’s board.
