Deutsche Bank and Ex-Managers Start Mediation in Audit Suits (1)

Deutsche Bank AG and five ex-managers, including Michele Faissola, will start mediation proceedings over allegations the bank acted wrongfully in a criminal case that they says harmed their careers.

The mediation will take place in London, people familiar with the dispute said who asked not to be identified as the proceedings are private. Mediation is a step used under English law before Faissola and the others file lawsuits against their former employer.
