Ex-FDIC Leader Joins FORVIS Financial Services Advisory Team

Bobby Bean has joined FORVIS as a managing director of the financial services advisory group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Wednesday.

Bean previously served as deputy director of the FDIC’s Division of Risk Management Supervision where he addressed climate-related financial risks and regulatory concerns involving crypto asset-related activities, said FORVIS.

He will help clients understand regulatory and supervisory requirements and expectations and in optimizing governance, risk management and compliance strategies and processes, according to the firm.
