EY Delays Advisory Arm’s US Graduate Job Offers as Deals Slow

EY has delayed the start dates of new graduates joining its strategy advisor business Parthenon in the US.

Graduate associate and consultant cohorts due to join in November and January will instead start in June 2025, the Big Four firm said in a statement Monday.

The firm said it would compensate those affected and blamed a weak mergers and acquisitions market for the decision.
