Cargill Inc.’s outgoing chief financial officer Jamie Miller will become global CFO at the professional services group EY, moving to the firm’s proposed public entity in a split later this year.
Miller will work with EY Global CEO Carmine Di Sibio, who will serve as CEO of the consulting company once it separates from the accounting unit, according to a statement Tuesday.
