EY Offers MBA to Staff in Latest Volley of Big Four Tech Race

Ernst and Young LLP will pay for its staff worldwide to earn an MBA, ratcheting up the Big Four accounting firm’s efforts to build the tech skills of its professionals.

Global firm CEO Carmine Di Sibio said Tuesday the online course work designed for EY staff would be available to all of the firm’s 284,000 professionals around the globe. He said the courses would help staff leverage cutting edge technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain as well as leadership skills to address diversity and sustainability initiatives.
