EY former US chairwoman Kelly Grier has joined global private equity firm Permira as a senior adviser, the firm said Friday.
Grier retired from Ernst & Young LLP last June after becoming the first woman to lead the US firm. She will capitalize on her corporate reporting and risk management experience to work with Permira’s global services business to identify new investment opportunities and support management teams, Permira said.
