Faraday Future: PWC Won’t Stand for Re-Election as Accountant

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric said PricewaterhouseCoopers will not stand for re-election as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022 and, effective immediately, is no longer the company’s independent registered public accounting firm, according to a regulatory filing today.

• Faraday Future says it “is currently in discussions with multiple accounting firms to identify and engage a new independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022 as promptly as practicable”
