Ferrovial Puts Services Unit on Sale to Focus on Infrastructure

Ferrovial SA has put its services unit up for sale as it focuses on developing its infrastructure business.

Ferrovial said in October it had hired an adviser to help it explore the sale of all or part of the services business. It has now categorized the unit as “held for sale,” the group said in a filing to Spanish regulators on Feb. 27.
