Former McKinsey Partner Named to Puerto Rico Oversight Board(1)

The White House on Wednesday appointed three people to Puerto Rico’s powerful Financial Oversight and Management Board, which manages the island’s finances and bankruptcy workouts.

  • Luis Ubiñas, the former president of the Ford Foundation and a former senior partner at McKinsey & Company, was named to a three-year term on the board, the White House said in a statement
    • Ubiñas was also on the advisory committee for the Export-Import Bank and is president emeritus of the Pan American Development Fund
