The White House on Wednesday appointed three people to Puerto Rico’s powerful Financial Oversight and Management Board, which manages the island’s finances and bankruptcy workouts.
- Luis Ubiñas, the former president of the
Ford Foundation and a former senior partner atMcKinsey & Company , was named to a three-year term on the board, theWhite House said in a statement - Ubiñas was also on the advisory committee for the Export-Import Bank and is president emeritus of the Pan American Development Fund
