Fortis to Argue Against The Need for A Forensic Audit: Chairman

Fortis Healthcare Ltd. plans to “vehemently” petition the Delhi High Court next month against the need for a forensic audit of its 2018 share sale to Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare Bhd, Chairman Ravi Rajagopal said in an interview Thursday.

  • There has been no wrong doing in any of the transactions involving IHH and Fortis and hence, no need for a forensic audit: Rajagopal
