Global accounting and audit giant Mazars will rebrand following a deal for its American arm to be acquired by Forvis LLP, a top 10 US accounting firm, the organizations said Wednesday.
The newly created network Forvis Mazars will continue to operate as a global partnership while its soon-to-be much larger American arm will keep its separate partnership. Once combined, the global network expects to bring in $5 billion in revenue, ranking among the 10 largest accounting networks in the world, the firms said.
