The audit and assurance firm Grant Thornton LLP has named Craig Woodfield as its new national managing partner of assurance quality and risk, the firm said Thursday.
Woodfield will oversee all quality control and risk functions for Grant Thornton’s audit and assurance business, succeeding Jeff Hughes who is retiring in June 2026 after a 40-year career. Woodfield has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and audit industry, most recently serving as the Northeast region audit practice leader at Grant Thornton.
