Grifols Reorganizes Audit Committee in Line With US Requirements

Grifols SA reorganizes its audit committee so it’s composed exclusively of independent directors in compliance with requirements established by SEC and NASDAQ, according to a regulatory filing.

• Independent director Montserrat Muñoz Abellana replaces Tomás Dagá Gelabert as member of the committee
• Dagá Gelabert to become Secretary non-member of the committee
