HSBC Says Group Audit Committee Chair David Nish to Retire

HSBC says Group Audit Committee Chair David Nish plans to retire from the board and will not stand for re-election at AGM on May 3, according to a HKEX filing.

• Brendan Nelson will be appointed as chair of the group audit committee Feb. 21
• Ann Godbehere will be appointed as senior independent director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM
