IndusInd Bank Says Examining Findings From Audit Report

IndusInd Bank said an audit report has identified certain aspects which may require a determination from an “insider trading perspective,” it said in an exchange filing.

• The report was delivered on April 26, the lender said in the filing clarifying on a news report that the audit flagged insider trading by the bank’s former executives
• IndusInd is examining the findings in the report will take any necessary steps, including on its insider trading code
