iRobot Investor Drops Amazon Suit Against Execs After Bankruptcy

A former iRobot Corp. stockholder voluntarily ended his lawsuit alleging corporate leaders misled investors about the robot-vacuum maker being bought by Amazon Inc., given he’s no longer a shareholder.

After iRobot emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a private company in January, investor Anthony Wren “ceased being an iRobot stockholder and no longer has standing to pursue the derivative claim in this action,” he told the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts Wednesday.
