ISS-Corporate Acquires Carbon Accounting Software Provider

ISS-Corporate will acquire SustainaBase, a Florida-based provider of carbon accounting and data management software solutions for corporate sustainability reporting, the company announced Tuesday.

SustainaBase’s software tracks company greenhouse gas emissions and data, the company said. Its platform supports clients in automating GHG emissions reporting and helps users develop a data infrastructure for their energy and activity data.

SustainaBase’s team will join ISS-Corporate and focus on the expansion of client engagement and product capabilities.
