Kostelanetz Combines With Welty to Bolster Tax Controversy Firm

Todd Welty and Andy Steigleder of Todd Welty PC are joining the tax and white-collar boutique Kostelanetz LLP as partners in a newly blended firm with locations in New York, Washington, and now Atlanta, effective June 1, the firm said Tuesday.

The addition of 10 new attorneys will augment Kostelanetz LLP’s tax controversy practice and its bench of former government lawyers from the IRS and Justice Department, the firm said.

Kostelanetz LLP handles civil and criminal tax controversies, government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, tax and estate planning, complex commercial litigation, and government procurement and contracting, the firm said.
