KPMG Expands Minority Hiring with New Recruiting Plan (1)

KPMG LLP has expanded its efforts to recruit from colleges and universities that primarily serve Black students, increasing the number of new hires from those campuses by nearly half in just a year.

The U.S. firm also increased by 81% the number of Black and Hispanic job candidates it interviewed with a change in its application process, according to its first sustainability report, which covers its diversity and governance efforts as well as its environment-related plans.
