KPMG Launches Artificial Intelligence Agent Platform

KPMG Tuesday launched an artificial intelligence platform that allows technology to complete tasks and make decisions independently, with little human intervention.

The Big Four firm’s global head of artificial intelligence David Rowlands said the technology, called KPMG Workbench, is a “game changer.”

KPMG Workbench uses digital AI “agents” and chatbots to interact across multiple sectors and is based on Microsoft AI technology.
