KPMG Names Walmart’s Miner New Vice Chair, General Counsel

Matt Miner will become vice chair and general counsel of KPMG LLP effective Feb. 28, the audit, tax, and advisory firm said Tuesday.

Miner joins the Big Four firm from Walmart, where he is executive vice president, global chief ethics and compliance officer, and special counsel, the firm said. Previously he was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Washington.
