KPMG Probe Into Intellego Finds Incorrect, Misleading Reporting

An independent investigation by KPMG into the financial information and corporate communication of Intellego found “materially incorrect and misleading” reporting regarding orders and revenue.

  • Report found that reported revenues and the stated value of the orders under review don’t reflect the actual underlying business, Intellego says
    • “It also states that SEK640m of the cumulated net sales of approximately SEK644m reported in the first three quarters of 2025 should not have been recognized as revenue”
  • Investigation by KPMG covered period from the start of January 2025 to Oct. 31 that year
