KPMG U.K. Revenue Grows 10% in 2021 in Pandemic Rebound

KPMG LLP’s U.K. arm said Tuesday that earnings surged in the latest fiscal year, although its partners continue to earn less than those at rival firms.

U.K. revenue rose 10% to 2.4 billion pounds ($3.2 billion) in the firm’s fiscal year to Sept. 30 as deal advisory business boomed. Pretax profit surged 51% to 436 million pounds. Those results marked a turnaround from 2020, when profit and revenue both fell because of the pandemic.
