KPMG UK Profits and Partner Pay Increased Despite Flat Revenue

KPMG UK and Switzerland increased its profits in 2025, with cost cutting compensating for a modest increase in revenue and fall in advisory work.

The Big Four firm saw its profits jump 14% to £576 million ($794 million), on revenue up 2% to £3.6 billion. Partners earned on average £880,000, an 11% raise from the previous year and more than those at Ernst and Young (£787,000) and PwC (£865,000), but below Deloitte (£1.1 million).
