Latch Says Committee Investigation Is Substantially Complete

Latch filed to delay 10-K annual report, saying its committee investigation into certain aspects of its current and historical key performance indicators and revenue recognition practices is now substantially complete.

• Determined that consolidated financial statements for the affected periods will be restated
• Initiated a remediation process to address the errors and issues identified by the investigation, including personnel actions, changes to internal controls and enhancements to accounting resources and training
