Lyft Names Erin Brewer CFO Effective July 10

Erin Brewer, who was managing director of enterprise finance at Charles Schwab from May 2020 to Oct. 2022, will replace Elaine Paul, CFO since Jan. 2022.

• Paul is leaving the company, will serve as adviser until Nov. 30
• Chief Accounting Officer Lisa Blackwood-Kapral will be interim CFO under Brewer’s start date
• Lyft says no change to 2Q revenue, contribution margin, adjusted Ebitda and adjusted Ebitda margin outlook provided on May 4
