Mercedes-Benz Proposes PwC as New Auditor for Fiscal 2024

The Supervisory Board of Mercedes-Benz Group to propose to the 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft as the auditor for the fiscal year 2024, according to statement.

• The change of auditor is required by law, as the current group auditor KPMG AG Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft will reach the maximum term for audits of financial statements after the audit of the fiscal year 2023 in accordance with EU regulations
