Mercury Systems names David Farnsworth as CFO from July 17.

• Interim CFO Michelle McCarthy, who has held the role since January 2023, will remain in her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
• Farnsworth was most recently CFO of radio frequency data analytics company HawkEye 360 and previously held several roles within Raytheon
